Hi,

I install pentaho-design-studio, when i try to run it, i always got this error

unable to access jarfile startup.jar

Im currently have JRE 1,4,2,13 install

I reinstalled it 2 times

I have exactly the same problem.
I couldnt even find that file at first,
then I found out the only file named
startup.jar I could think to actually work
is contained in the plugins\org.eclipse.platform_3.1.1
folder.
So far I just couldnt run Design Studio at all.
Im considering in getting the plugin only and see if
I have any luck.
I understand I am using an open source software, but
this is very disappointing.
Im comparing Pentaho with another BI solution for my
company, and right now I feel like I am wasting my time.
